Spa Hours of Operation
Please keep in mind that all sessions are "by appointment only" in order to provide the semi-private Solitude experience.
It is suggested you call ahead for all appointments, retail sales, and gift certificate purchases to ensure availability.
Services times available for appointment:
Monday through Friday – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturdays – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Wednesdays & Sundays – Closed (appointments by previous arrangement only)
We encourage you to schedule your appointments ahead of time to make certain that your preferred time and treatments are available. Same day appointments are always welcome, based on availability. All first time client reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.
Arrival to the Spa
To maximize your experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled service and silence all electronic devices while in our building. This will allow you time to relax and let your mind enter a peaceful, tranquil mode. Please understand late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments in order to prevent inconvenience to the next guest, keep in mind that the same treatment price will apply.
Complimentary use of robe and slippers are provided for all Spa guests as needed. Our staff is professionally trained in proper draping to ensure your modesty is never compromised.
In order to preserve our peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, we ask that you leave all electronic devices turned off. We are a smoke-free and alcohol-free environment (unless by special permission)
Gratuities are left at the guest’s discretion, never expected, but are gratefully welcomed for excellent service.
Customary gratuity ranges from 18 to 20% on services.
(A gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to persons scheduling 3 or more services).
For all spa services, we have an age requirement of 14 years with parental authorization. All guests under the age of 18 are welcome by appointment only and may not be in the spa waiting area or present during any spa treatment without prior consent by the spa owner.
We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your Spa experience. For individuals expecting, we require you visit your physician for guidance prior to massage and body services. Feel free to have your physician call prior to your session.
Our spa reserves the right to refuse services at our discretion.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice
Because scheduled services are reserved especially for you, a 24-hour notice is required to avoid charges for cancelled services. Cancellations not made within the 24-hour period will incur charges equal to $50 up to the full cost of the service. Special discounts and pre-paid packages are nonrefundable and are encouraged to be used within one calendar year.
Let us put our special touch on your next event, either in our spa or at your chosen location. Custom package pricing can be created for Weddings, Bachelorette Parties, Anniversaries and Multiple Services.

Now you can recreate your Spa experience right at home. Upon completion of your chosen service, take time to browse our selection of gifts and ask about the benefits of the products used.
We love taking care of your friends and family! Gift certificates are a great solution to the age old “what do I get her/him, they already have everything”. Select a specific service for them or allow for a dollar amount. Please note we encourage recipients to enjoy certificates within one calendar year and they are not refundable.
Retail Product Exchanges
Please bring any partially used product that fails to perform back to our spa for refund or exchange.
To ensure the privacy of our guests, tours must be arranged in advance.
